From the moment a customer purchases a smartphone and rate plan on the Talkmobile network, they have direct access to Talkmobile’s comprehensive account page in which to resolve problems.
Customers need to register for access using their billing number and a valid email address, and are then able to login to My Account (click the button at the top of the home page) to see their details and check plan usage. Customers who opted for paperless invoicing and haven’t received their account number should phone Talkmobile and request the account number.
After entering the account page, customers can:
- View their account balance,
- Number of minutes used,
- Number of texts sent,
- Change their plan,
- Age restrict the plan,
- Change phone number,
- Edit direct debit preferences.
Except for prepaid customers, most users pay monthly, and in the event that bank accounts need to be changed, or funds aren’t sufficient to cover the monthly balance, it’s essential to speak directly with someone from the help team.
